Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless communication between customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive emails from customers reporting service needs for various locations, route emails to internal teams, and enter that data into company systems.
  • Manage inbound phone calls/emails directly from customers reporting service needs.
  • Enter call data efficiently and accurately to create and process service requests or new jobs in our systems.
  • Update customer websites and systems with job details, technician status updates, and closure information.
  • Escalate urgent customer service issues to managers clearly and promptly.
  • Take calls or emails from service technicians asking for various assistance (payment processing related, job details, parts requests, schedule, etc.) and directly address their needs or effectively route to appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience (customer service, dispatch, data entry, etc.).
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook (intermediate) and Excel (basic).
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written), ability to think quickly and exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to organize a high volume of data and communicate that data to team members.
  • Exceptional data entry accuracy, while maintaining speed of work.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
  • Secondary language skills are a plus, but not required (Punjabi, Spanish, Vietnamese).
  • Mid to High typing WPM is a plus.
  • Experience in inventory/resource management is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate takes instruction well, learns from mistakes, is self-motivated, takes personal accountability for their work, and is a team player above all else. Respectful communication and professionalism are requirements of this role.

Required Work Hours:

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Additional Details:

Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.
